I am Ioannis Tsakalos, Founder and CEO of Atlas Engineering & Development and YunanistanAltinVize.com. I specialize in real estate development, Golden Visa investments, and high-value residential conversions in Thessaloniki.
As an MEP Engineer, I possess deep technical expertise in building regulations, design, and turnkey construction.
